Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Gunsmith / Firearm Technician who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in precision work. This role involves final-stage manufacturing processes, component installation, and troubleshooting customer issues. If you learn quickly, enjoy working with your hands, and care about craftsmanship, this position may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Precision Finishing & Assembly
  • Perform final-stage manufacturing and finishing processes
  • Bend and form small metal components and wires to specification
  • Perform metal fitting, shaping, and adjustments using hand tools and vises
  • Drill and modify firearm components with precision
  • Apply surface treatments (oxidizing, protective finishes, etc.)
  • Inspect parts for quality control and function testing
Product Installation & Testing
  • Install trigger systems and related components into rifles
  • Perform function checks and ensure reliable operation
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues during assembly
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
  • Assist in troubleshooting installation issues for customers
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally
  • Maintain company standards for service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in gunsmithing, machining, or mechanical assembly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with hand tools, drill presses, vises, and precision equipment
  • Ability to work with small components requiring fine motor skills
  • Understanding of firearm safety and function
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Alignment with and respect for the 2A community
