Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship a high volume of daily orders accurately

  • Support other departments as needed, including production and events

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files

Position Overview

The Product Design Engineer will be responsible for developing new trigger systems and improving existing designs. This role combines engineering, prototyping, testing, and real-world application. You will work closely with manufacturing and production, ensuring designs are functional, efficient, and ready for scale.

This is not a desk-only role — you will be actively involved in building, testing, and refining products in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new FRT systems and firearm components
  • Modify and improve existing products based on performance feedback
  • Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings
  • Generate manufacturing plans and production-ready documentation
  • Work directly with CNC operators and production team to bring designs to life
  • Assist in prototyping, assembly, and finishing of parts when needed

Position Overview

The Gunsmith / Firearm Technician will be a hands-on, hybrid role that blends gunsmithing, manufacturing, and real-world firearm testing. While production and finishing work will make up a large portion of the role, this position also involves direct work with firearms, troubleshooting function, and contributing to product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on manufacturing and finishing of firearm components
  • Grind, file, polish, and fit parts to precise tolerances
  • Cut, mill, and modify components using shop tools and machinery
  • Bend wire, shape small parts, and perform detailed mechanical work
  • Operate finishing processes such as tumbling, deburring, and surface prep
  • Work with shop chemicals (cleaning agents, coatings, etc.) safely and effectively
  • Assemble and install FRT systems and related components
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and ensure reliability of completed parts and builds
  • Conduct frequent live-fire testing of rifles and systems
  • Check in and check out firearms for internal use and testing

Required Qualifications
