Are FRTs legal?
FRTs (Forced Reset Triggers) are currently legal in most states, but regulations can vary depending on your location. The FRT functions as a semi-automatic trigger system, meaning one round is fired per trigger pull — it does not make your rifle automatic. Once received, it’s the owner’s responsibility to stay updated on local and federal laws, as firearm regulations can change over time.

This is a rifle accessory, not a firearm—no FFL transfer required, so it will ship directly to your door. Shipping is subject to state and local laws. If your state prohibits the ownership or shipment of this type of accessory, we cannot ship to you. Please check your local regulations before placing your order, or contact our support team if you need assistance confirming your eligibility.

You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from that point, barring unexpected weather delays.

We anticipate that orders placed before December 15th are expected to arrive before Christmas. Please note that all delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We primarily ship through USPS and make limited exceptions for other carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes any necessary apartment numbers or PO Boxes. We are not responsible for shipments sent to improper addresses and cannot issue refunds in these cases.

During holiday or high-demand seasons, a signature is required for delivery. USPS will attempt delivery once, after which you will be required to pick up the package at their designated local USPS facility, normally local.

For any shipping delays beyond the timeframe noted above, or for lost packages, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly.

Refunds for lost or stolen packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require a submitted police report of the theft for consideration.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original packaging and components. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable, insured shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the restocking fee. To start a return, please email Info@TexasTriggerUSA.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

We offer a limited warranty on any trigger kit we sell. If a kit part fails, please contact us. You can purchase replacement parts individually (plus shipping), so you don’t have to buy a whole new kit. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service or replacement orders, and we reserve the right to deny warranty claims if photo evidence is not provided or if we suspect the warranty is being misused.

We offer customer support for brief troubleshooting and installation questions. We do not provide prolonged remote troubleshooting, complex installation services, or hands-on gunsmithing. For extended assistance or professional installation, please consult a licensed local gunsmith.

All installations are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located in the DFW, Texas area, we offer local installation with drop-off and pick-up required. Installation pricing varies depending on the rifle. To schedule a local installation or arrange shipment to our FFL shop, please contact us at info@texastriggerusa.com for approval and instructions.
