  • 7. INSTALLATION, SERVICE & TROUBLESHOOTING
    7.1 Professional Installation Recommended
Texas Triggers strongly recommends that all products — particularly trigger systems and firearm components — be installed by a licensed and experienced gunsmith. Improper installation may result in firearm malfunction, property damage, serious injury, or death. Texas Triggers assumes no liability for injury, damage, or malfunction resulting from improper or self-performed installation.
    7.2 Installation Videos
Texas Triggers may provide instructional installation videos as a courtesy resource only. These videos are provided “as is” and do not constitute a guarantee of successful installation. Viewing installation videos does not create any warranty, service agreement, or liability on the part of Texas Triggers. Texas Triggers assumes no liability for outcomes resulting from following video instructions.
    7.3 In-Person Installation Services
Texas Triggers offers in-person installation services on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. Availability is not guaranteed. All in-person installation services — including instances where customers ship their firearms to Texas Triggers for installation — require execution of a separate Installation & Service Agreement prior to any work being performed.
Texas Triggers is a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and all firearm receipts and transfers are conducted in full compliance with applicable federal firearms laws.
For customers shipping firearms to Texas Triggers for installation:
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to Texas Triggers • Texas Triggers is not liable for loss or damage to firearms during transit to or from our facility • Customers are responsible for ensuring firearms are shipped legally and in compliance with all carrier requirements and federal law • Return shipping costs will be communicated at the time of service
    7.4 No Remote Troubleshooting
Texas Triggers does not offer remote troubleshooting support of any kind, including but not limited to phone, email, chat, or social media troubleshooting. Customers experiencing product issues are encouraged to consult a licensed gunsmith or contact us regarding warranty or return eligibility as outlined in these Terms.
  • 8. SHIPPING POLICY
    8.1 Standard Shipping
All standard orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $15.00. Orders typically ship within 3–6 business days from the date of purchase under normal conditions. Texas Triggers ships primarily through USPS and UPS.
    8.2 Extended Shipping Timeframes
Certain circumstances may extend standard shipping timeframes:
    • New Product Launches & Pre-Orders: Estimated shipping time is 4–6 weeks from purchase date, though this may be longer depending on production and demand. • High-Demand & Peak Seasons: Standard products may take 3–5 weeks to ship during periods of heavy order volume.
A banner will be displayed at the top of the Site to notify customers of any active shipping delays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A tracking number will be sent via email once your shipping label is created.
8.3 Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
Texas Triggers is not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For delivery issues, the following requirements apply based on your situation:
Package shows delivered but was not received: You must obtain a formal written statement or case number from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) confirming the package was not delivered or is unaccounted for before any replacement or refund can be considered. A police report is also required if theft is suspected.
Package confirmed lost in transit by the carrier: If the carrier officially confirms your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@texastriggerusa.com with your order number and the carrier’s written confirmation. Upon verification, Texas Triggers will ship a replacement first. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Package arrived damaged: If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Texas Triggers will ship a replacement first. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
All delivery issue claims are subject to review and verification. Texas Triggers reserves the right to require additional documentation before issuing any replacement or refund.
  • 9. RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
    9.1 Pre-Orders & Backorders — Cancellation
Orders for pre-order or backordered items may be cancelled for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping and fulfillment process. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the standard return process below.
    9.2 Standard Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests for in-stock orders that have not yet shipped are subject to a 10% restocking and administrative processing fee. This fee covers payment processing costs, administrative time, and order preparation already completed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@texastriggerusa.com with your order number.
    9.3 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
    • The item must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition • Original packaging must be completely intact and unopened — items with opened packaging are not eligible for return • For apparel and merchandise: all original tags must be attached and the item must be unworn and unused • All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included • You must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery to initiate a return • You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval
    9.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
    • Any product that has been installed, used, fired, or assembled into a firearm • Any product with opened or damaged packaging • Apparel or merchandise with removed tags or signs of use • Items returned beyond the 5-day contact window or 7-day return shipment window • Pre-owned, used, or previously installed components
9.5 Failed Inspection — Abandoned Items
If a returned item is received and fails inspection due to installation, use, damage, or non-compliance with our return policy, Texas Triggers reserves the right to deny the return and withhold the refund. In such cases, Texas Triggers also reserves the right to retain the item and is not obligated to return it to the customer. Customers will be notified of a failed inspection via email.
    9.6 Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers payment processing, inspection, repackaging, and inventory costs.
    9.7 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Texas Triggers recommends using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Texas Triggers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
    9.8 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. If an exchange is approved, Texas Triggers will ship the replacement item upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If the requested exchange item is out of stock at the time of return receipt, a refund will be issued minus the applicable restocking fee. Texas Triggers cannot hold inventory for pending exchanges.
    9.9 Refund Processing
Once a return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Texas Triggers may, at its discretion, offer store credit as an alternative to a cash refund. Refunds will reflect the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees.
9.10 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@texastriggerusa.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Return instructions will be provided upon approval. Do not ship items back without prior written approval.

  • 11. WARRANTY POLICY
11.1 Texas Triggers Manufactured Products — 30-Day Warranty
Texas Triggers warrants that all products manufactured under the Texas Triggers brand are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

Upon review and approval, Texas Triggers will ship a replacement at no charge. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Texas Triggers reserves the right to request the defective item be returned prior to issuing a replacement. Return shipping to Texas Triggers, if required, is the customer’s responsibility.
