Non-Compete & Resale Restriction Agreement By purchasing the Diablo Trigger Kit from Texas Triggers, you agree to the following terms: You shall not, directly or indirectly, reproduce, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, replicate, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Diablo Trigger Kit, nor shall you sell or offer for sale any imitation or competing product derived from it. This includes any attempt to manufacture and resell similar or substantially similar trigger kits or components. This restriction applies regardless of whether the reproduction is for commercial use or private resale. Violating these terms may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies available under Texas law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Non-Compete Clause as a condition of sale.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Texas Triggers guarantees that every Texas Triggers™ product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, Texas Triggers will repair or replace the defective part at no charge for parts. Shipping & Handling: To process and ship your replacement, a flat S & H fee of USD $14.99 per warranty claim is required. You are responsible for sending the defective component to our service address; the $14.99 covers return shipping of the repaired or replacement part back to you (contiguous USA). This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear. Texas Triggers reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts of equal or better quality. Any implied warranties are limited in duration to the term of this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Return Policy
Diablo Triggers – Return Policy Thank you for your purchase of a Diablo Trigger kit from Texas Trigger. We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or installed in any way.
  • The return must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories exactly as shipped.
  • The return must be initiated within 3 days of the original delivery date.
Restocking Fee
  • All approved returns are subject to a  25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days, minus the restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Used, damaged, or installed products.
  • Items returned without original packaging or components.
  • Returns made beyond the 3-day return window.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Triggers and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement by you or any third party of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
