Diablo Triggers – Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase of a Diablo Trigger kit from Texas Trigger. We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in new, unused condition.
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or installed in any way.
• The return must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories exactly as shipped.
• The return must be initiated within 3 days of the original delivery date.

Restocking & Cancellation Fee:

• All returns and order cancellations—including cancellations requested before an item ships—are subject to a 25% restocking and processing fee. This fee covers payment processing fees, administrative time, inventory allocation, and order preparation already completed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days, minus the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or installed products.
• Items returned without original packaging or components.
• Returns made beyond the 3-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return
